We understand that technical services require precision and alignment with your business objectives. If you experience any concerns with our service delivery, we encourage you to reach out within 14 days of completion. Our team will work diligently to address your concerns and find a satisfactory resolution. We believe in building long-term partnerships based on trust and quality outcomes.

Milestone-Based Services

Service-based fees are non-refundable once the project milestones are signed off by both parties. This policy ensures that the work completed and resources allocated are appropriately compensated. However, we offer a comprehensive 30-day revision period for all technical implementations. During this time, we will make necessary adjustments and refinements to ensure the solution meets your specifications and performs as expected.

Hardware Return Policy

If applicable, hardware returns must be in original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and documentation. Hardware must be returned within 30 days of delivery and show no signs of physical damage or modification. All hardware returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs. Custom-ordered or specially configured hardware may not be eligible for return. Please contact our team to verify return eligibility before shipping any hardware back to us.
